Yes, all of EconoClean's cleaners must pass a Vulnerable Sector police check.

All payments must be made by etransfer to econocleanwelland@gmail.com NO CASH, NO CHEQUES 

Our prices include all supplies except for vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan and toilet brush. This is because it is difficult to sanitize those items between clients. 

Please note: If you would prefer your cleaner use your own cleaning chemicals and/or cleaning tools, please send us an email with the details for approval 48 hours prior to your appointment. Most requests can be accommodated.

Yes, all of our cleaners must wear anti-slip shoes indoors to prevent accidents. Your cleaner will put on their shoes upon arrival and will not be wearing outdoor shoes inside your home.

No. We respect your privacy and will never take photos or videos inside your home.

We have a team of two to five cleaners that do our Essential package, Full move out package and our Commercial package. For all other services only one assigned cleaner will serve you. Every home is unique and this model allows us to maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction, while making sure our cleaners fully understand their clients needs.

We do not require contracts for our cleaning services. Recurring appointments are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. However, we make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule for our repeat customers.

Holiday Closures

Our team observes the following holidays and will be closed on these days:

New Year’s Day (January 1)

Family Day (Third Monday in February)

Good Friday (Friday before Easter Sunday)

Easter Monday (Monday after Easter Sunday)

Victoria Day (Monday before May 25)

Canada Day (July 1)

Civic Holiday (First Monday in August)

Labour Day (First Monday in September)

Thanksgiving Day (Second Monday in October)

Remembrance Day (November 11)

Christmas Day (December 25)

Boxing Day (December 26)


If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, please note that we do not offer automatic rescheduling. Your next cleaning will take place on your following scheduled date. Due to high demand, we may not be able to accommodate make-up appointments, but you are welcome to request placement on our waitlist should a spot become available.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a cleaning, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule, but due to high demand, we cannot guarantee an alternative appointment. Your next cleaning will take place on your regularly scheduled date.

Waitlist Option

If you wish to reschedule but we are fully booked, we can add you to our waitlist and notify you if an opening becomes available.
