EconoClean offers residential cleaning and commercial cleaning. From dusting to mopping, we do it all! For details please see our Rates section.

EconoClean uses flat rate billing so you always know exactly how much your service will cost. No hidden fees, no surprises. Taxes are already included in our prices. We offer a 20% discount for seniors age 60 and up.

Yes, all of EconoClean's cleaners must pass a Vulnerable Sector police check.

All payments must be made by etransfer after your cleaning is completed. econocleanwelland@gmail.com NO CASH, NO CHEQUES  The only exception is vacant cleanings- they must be paid in advance by etransfer due to the risk of non-payment.

 All cleaning supplies and chemicals are provided for vacant cleanouts and commercial clients.

For all other services: we provide all chemicals and all supplies except for: vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan and toilet brush. This is because it is difficult to sanitize those items between clients. 

Please note: If you would prefer your cleaner use your own cleaning chemicals and/or cleaning tools, please send us an email with the details for approval at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Most requests can be accommodated.

Yes, all of our cleaners must wear anti-slip shoes indoors to prevent accidents. Your cleaner will put on their shoes upon arrival and will not be wearing outdoor shoes inside your home.

No. We respect your privacy and will never take photos or videos inside your home. 

For the comfort and privacy of our staff, we kindly ask that clients do not take photos or videos of our cleaners while they are working.

For all our services, a dedicated cleaner will be assigned to ensure consistency and personalized care. However, your first appointment may include additional support for a more detailed initial clean.

Every home is unique, and this approach allows us to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

We do not require contracts for our cleaning services. Recurring appointments are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. However, we make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule for our repeat customers.

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, please note that we do not offer automatic rescheduling. Your next cleaning will take place on your following scheduled date.
