Express cleaning package includes:
-Dust with dusting wand
-Sanitize all light switches and door knobs
-Clean bathroom mirror, sink, countertop and toilet (limited to one bathroom)
-Clean kitchen sink, table and countertop
-Empty trash can in kitchen and bathroom and replace liners (not included)
-Sweep/Vacuum all floors
-Mop hard floors
The Essential Cleaning Package provides a thorough and efficient cleaning service for your home, focusing on key areas to keep your home looking and feeling fresh.
Services included are:
- Dust entire home with dusting wand and sanitize all light switches and door knobs
- All interior windows washed (up to five feet high)
- All walls spot cleaned, up to five feet high
-All mirrors washed (up to five feet high)
-Change all sheets and make all beds, (without tucking edges)
- Wash all bathroom sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and countertops
-Wash dishes by hand, wipe tabletop, counter top and quick wipe stovetop
- Quick wipe front of all kitchen cabinets (up to five feet high)
-Quick wipe microwave, fridge and oven: inside and out (no food items moved during fridge wipe, oven not deep cleaned, top of fridge not cleaned)
- Cat litters dumped and washed (up to four, must have access to utility/laundry sink)
- Empty all trash cans, take bags to garage or outside trash cans (trash bags not provided)
-Sweep / vacuum all floors (anything left on the floor (toys, clothes etc.) will be placed on the nearest, raised surface)
- Mop all floors
**Please note: This package includes up to four hours of cleaning OR completion of the full task list, whichever comes first. If the home is very large or requires extensive cleaning beyond the typical scope, some tasks may need to be adjusted or omitted to ensure the most effective use of our time.
This package includes 3-1/2 hours of organization service with Melanie.
My approach is supportive, respectful, and paced to your comfort level and goals. You will never be pressured to throw anything away. Decluttering or discarding only happens if you choose it and all decisions remain fully in your control.
I am experienced with severe clutter and hoarding and will work with hoarding situations up to Level 4 (excluding homes with pest infestations and severe mold).
Level 1 – Not a hoarder; clutter rare, fully functional living spaces.
Level 2 – Mild hoarding; some clutter, minor difficulty discarding, minimal daily impact.
Level 3 – Moderate hoarding; multiple rooms cluttered, emotional attachment, some functional impairment.
Level 4 – Severe hoarding; most rooms cluttered, major interference with life, blocked exits, fire hazards, tripping/falling risks, insects, rodents, or mold.
Level 5 – Extreme hoarding; living spaces unusable, serious structural/health/safety hazards.
Important Note: I do not lift or move heavy items. Client participation is required only if discarding items is a priority. If you prefer that items are simply sorted and organized without discarding anything, client participation is not required. Absolutely no photos or videos will be taken inside your home. Dumpster or trash removal is not included and is never required
