We are currently hiring for part‑time cleaning positions.

 We hire people who are:

• Honest, ethical, and trustworthy
• Respectful and professional in clients’ homes
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent
• Comfortable working independently
• Detail‑oriented and genuinely enjoy cleaning
• Able to communicate clearly and fluently in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Legally able to work in Ontario
• Willing to complete (and pay for) an annual Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Comfortable around all types of pets — including reptiles, rodents, birds, cats, and large dogs
•  Able to drive themselves to client homes across Welland/Niagara region and pick up supplies from our designated pickup location in Welland. 

 All team members must follow our professional dress standards:

• Black EconoClean branded polo shirt (provided)
• Black pants:  leggings, joggers, performance pants, scrub pants or any kind of pants that allow you to work comfortably, provide full coverage and remain secure during bending, lifting, and cleaning tasks 
• Black non‑slip shoes used only inside client homes

  This role requires the ability to:

• Walk, stand, bend, crouch, and reach continuously for a 4‑hour shift
• Work without a bathroom break during the 10am–2pm window
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Work safely and efficiently in a variety of home environments

Our cleaning shifts run:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am to 2:00pm
• Hours are not guaranteed — you may work anywhere from 0 to 20 hours per week, depending on client bookings and availability

Starting wage: Ontario minimum wage

Raises: Performance‑based and not automatic

Pay increases are offered only when business needs, performance, and consistency align — not on a fixed timeline.

 Top performers may earn up to $30/hour.
