We clean all walls, mirrors, cabinets, and surfaces up to the height our cleaners can comfortably reach without a step stool -typically about six feet.
This ensures safety for our team and consistency across every home we service.
Please note: EconoClean does not offer restorative, move-out, or heavy deep-cleaning services. Our work is maintenance-based, and homes with excessive buildup will see improved results over time with multiple visits.
EconoClean uses flat rate billing so you always know exactly how much your service will cost. No hidden fees, no surprises. Taxes are already included in our prices.
Legacy Pricing: As a valued repeat client, your current rate will remain unchanged for as long as you remain an active client. Legacy pricing is only forfeited after four consecutive canceled appointments or if you switch to a different service package.

Yes, all of EconoClean's cleaners must pass a Vulnerable Sector police check annually.
All payments must be made by E-transfer. After your cleaning is completed you will receive an invoice. econocleanwelland@gmail.com NO CASH, NO CHEQUES
We provide all chemicals and all supplies except for: vacuum, mop, trash can liners, broom, dustpan and toilet brush. This is because it is difficult to sanitize those items between clients.
Please note: If you would prefer your cleaner use your own cleaning chemicals and/or cleaning tools, please send us an email with the details for approval at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Most requests can be accommodated.
Yes, all of our cleaners must wear anti-slip shoes indoors to prevent accidents. Your cleaner will put on their shoes upon arrival and will not be wearing outdoor shoes inside your home.
No. We respect your privacy and will never take photos or videos inside your home.
For the comfort and privacy of our staff, we kindly ask that clients do not take photos or videos of our cleaners while they are working.

For all our services, a dedicated cleaner will be assigned to ensure consistency and personalized care. However, your first appointment may include additional support for a more detailed initial clean.

If your next scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, please note that your cleaning will be skipped.
No. Gift certificates are no longer offered.
Because services take place inside a private home, direct consent and communication from the person receiving the service are required. A third party cannot book or authorize cleaning on someone else’s behalf.
Previously issued gift certificates will still be honoured.
The person receiving the service must contact EconoClean directly to schedule, confirm consent, and ensure the home is within the scope of services offered.
